Brew Guide
Drip: 1:16 ratio. Brew at 200°F for 4–5 minutes.
Pour Over: 20g coffee to 320ml water. Bloom 30s, total brew time 3 min.
French Press: Coarse grind. Steep 4 minutes. Press slow.
Cold Brew: 1:8 ratio. Steep 12–18 hours in the fridge.

We roast after you order, and your coffee ships within 3–5 business days of roasting. It takes slightly longer than a warehouse shipment because the beans are roasted specifically for your order rather than sitting on a shelf for weeks.
Espresso grind is finely ground for espresso machines and Moka pots. Standard grind works for drip makers, pour-over, and French press. Whole bean is the freshest option if you grind at home. When in doubt, standard covers most setups.
Specialty grade means the beans score 80 or above on the Specialty Coffee Association scale — only the top 10% of coffee grown worldwide qualifies. We source from high-altitude farms with traceable origins, which is a different product than grocery store coffee and tastes like it.
Opened coffee is non-returnable since it's perishable. If something's wrong — wrong item, damage in shipping, a quality issue — reach out within 10 days and we'll make it right. We stand behind every bag we roast.
